Delivery to USA, Los Angeles took 4 days. Ordered Thursday and package was delivered by DHL on Sunday. Amazing!

After my review I received an answer from Glamood by e-mail within minutes and the problem is solved. I must say the customerservice is very fast anyway although they didn't offer me the desired solution at first. But the response time has been always very quick. Thanks for solving my issue.
It seems like an online platform with pretty good deals. I ordered a pair of jeans and it came in the wrong color. After I've sent pictures, they offered me a refund or a store credit. They gave me a store credit without the shipment costs, about 9 euro. I offered them to give me store credit, including the costs of shipment and maybe an additional discount voucher for the inconvenience. They seemed to agree, but then I received store-credit for only the pair of jeans. Without shipment costs or additional discount. Anyway, a missed opportunity. Now did I not only ask to refund my money to my account, they lost trust on several things. They could have won a good customer by showing a little empathy or making a gesture..

very doggy company if you buying anything from that company think twice.

I purchased a pair of dsquared jeans they fell apart after 18 Months, glamwood offered to stitch them but they were beyond repair. I’m in the process of claiming through my credit card. I currently own a pair of 10 year old dsquared jeans that are still going strong which puts this glamwood purchase to shame.

Placed several orders with Glamood over the last two months. I started off with a small order as I wasn't too sure about the site having never heard of it before a pop up advert in my browser.
Of course I did my due diligence - I read all of the reviews, checked out that it was a real registered company and protected myself by paying with credit card on PayPal.
I shouldn't have been concerned, the delivery was quick coming from IT to BE in 2 days! The goods I can confirm are absolutely 100% authentic, I had Maison Margiela confirm a bag for me as it seemed too cheap.
Yes, some items are previous season, but you are getting huge discounts for this, even the current season items are heavily discounted - how? Volume sales, it's not a new concept, you stack high, sell cheaper, make money ???? - Lidl and Aldi are masters of it - Glamood just apply this to fashion and do it well.
To those in the UK complaining of customs charges - DO NOT blame Glamood, that's down to the UK government, not the rest of the EU and yes Glamood is an Italian company. THE UK VOTED TO LEAVE THE FREEDOM OF THE EUROPEAN CUSTOMS UNION, that's not Glamood's issue
As for delivery scams - FedEx and DHL will always take proof of delivery, they don't need your signature to prove it, so don't try it, you'll just look silly.
Overall, I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Glamood if you want to save LOTS on fashion. I've now spent a few thousand with them without issue, right products, right sizes, fast delivery, very very happy.

It's my 3rd time to purchase with them. I like their shipping fast dispatch and delivery. My first time I was no confidence to purchase with this site once I purchased they are genuine products. Second time they sent me wrong colour of wallet and another bag I was not sure if it was genuine. So, I emailed them. They gave me straight away free return and refund as they sent me wrong item. So I purchased another items from them again. They are authentic! Good customers service. But you have to wait for another day to get response if you purchase from overseas as the time were different( I think ). I am very happy to purchase with them. I am looking their website on the time to see if their new products are coming. I will continue to purchase with this site more and more. Thank you!
